Building a Professional Plumbing Brand from Day One

Kooper Plumbing was a new home services business in the Kansas City area. Like many startups, they were focused on getting customers through the door. Branding often comes later.

In this case, the owner understood that first impressions matter.

The Challenge

Kooper Plumbing needed:

  • A professional logo and visual identity

  • Basic brand assets to support day-to-day operations

  • A look that felt trustworthy but approachable

They also wanted to keep the brand simple and memorable.

The Approach

We leaned into the owner’s last name as the brand and built around the tagline, “Broken Pooper, Call Kooper!”

The work included:

  • A clean, professional logo

  • A consistent brand look and feel

  • Business cards

  • An internal invoice template

Nothing overbuilt. Just what was needed to look credible and professional from day one.

The Results

Kooper Plumbing launched with a brand that:

  • Feels established, not thrown together

  • Builds trust with customers

  • Supports growth without unnecessary complexity

Good branding does not have to be complicated to be effective.
